Hi Joseph. I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues. In order for me to trouble shoot and figure out what is happening do you mind answering a few questions? 1. Have you tried it with wired headphones? 2. When you play back the demo song and switch to the mixer, do the meters show an audio signal? 3. When you import your own sample, are you able to play it back from the sampler pads in perform mode? Or do you only hear the sample when you are in the import screen? If you see the drum names that means the kits did load. those sounds are built into the app, not downloaded. iPhone Air is the first iPhone in a long time with a single speaker, and ARC-24’s audio engine currently assumes stereo. That’s the likely reason pads show up but you hear nothing, while the sampler preview (a different playback path) still works. I’m treating this as a device-specific bug and will fix it once you confirm the questions above. Thanks.
I’m using this on a iPhone 17 air and am not getting any volume on any of the tracks. I’ve tried the demo, and tried creating my own song - nothing. It’s not a user error because all of my other apps are working just fine, I’m not inadvertently connected to Bluetooth or headphones (although I tried that too) and I’ve tried every possible track, different drum kits etc. The only exception has been the sampler. When I downloaded my own sample it’s working - I get volume. This leads me to believe that for whatever reason the sounds that are supposed to come with the app aren’t downloading for some reason. Instead we have all the titles such as Kick 1 and Kick 2 but there’s no attached WAV file or sample.
